“There is no friend as loyal as a book.”
To confirm that the pupils get access to the finest books for their reading levels and interests, three days book fair was organized by Scholastic India in GD Goenka World School from 23rd April to 25th April 2019. The fair was inaugurated by the school Director Principal, Dr Neeta Bali, who deeply desired that the students instill reading habits by selecting literature books from myriad cultures across the globe. The students perused through the eclectic range of books on display and filled in their “wish list ”. The fair was an immense success among children as it provided a brilliant opportunity to one and all to purchase the books of their choices.
