A group of Diploma senior year students decided to run at the India Gate Lawns as a Goenkan team to display their support to the Global campaign, Healthy Community without Drugs on the 26th June 2012, The International Day against Drug Abuse.
The Run against drug abuse, a collaborative venture with Directorate of Prohibition, WCD, Govt of Delhi, Narcotics Control Bureau (GOI), National Institute of Social Defence, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (GOI) and Health Fitness Trust was flagged off by the Chief Minister, Mrs. Sheila Dixit.
This was a real purposeful activity with lot of significant CAS outcomes and personal learning.
