Grade XI students conducted an assembly on the occasion of Mother’s Day. The students recited a poem, sang a song and spoke few lines about why their mother is special to them. The rendition of the iconic song “Maa” from “Tare Zameen Par” was breath-taking. The performances depicted the unconditional love and respect they have for their mothers. The heart-warming stories shared by the students about their mothers highlighted the remarkable attachment that they have with their mothers. The poem, written and narrated by Vaibhav Bhardwaj, beautifully conveyed the powerful bond everyone shares with their mothers. The assembly helped the students to understand the significance behind this special day. It allowed them to express their love and gratitude for their mothers and show appreciation for everything that a mother does
