GD Goenka World School Wins Largest Delegation Honour at GDGIMUN’25 | Diplomacy in Action (17 May, 2025)

Our student delegation has made us proud by securing the ‘Largest Delegation Honour’ at the 12th edition of the GD Goenka International Model United Nations (GDGIMUN’25), hosted by GD Goenka School, Vasant Kunj.

Held on 16th and 17th May 2025, this prestigious two-day conference featured simulations of twelve dynamic committees, including the United Nations Environment Assembly, the All India Political Parties Meet, and the Indian War Cabinet. Our students assumed the roles of ambassadors, debated pressing national and global issues, and proposed meaningful resolutions, showcasing their diplomatic acumen, critical thinking, and collaborative spirit.

Goenkans Shine at Ek Pehchan 2025–26 | Top Honours Across Design, MUN, Chess & Art (17 Dec, 2025)

Goenkans shone bright at Ek Pehchan – Festival of Hope 2025–26, a student-led celebration of identity, creativity, and human flourishing hosted by Pathways School, Gurugram, on 16 December 2025. Centred on the theme “Luminescence – Shine from Within,” the festival brought together young minds to think, create, compete, and express with purpose.

Our Grade 11 students made their mark across different events—securing First Position in the Design X event (Ishan, Rajdev, Armaan, Ayaan, Paras), Best Speaker in the MUN committee (RAW) by Nerav Jain, a Special Mention for Reanna Sodhi (MUN), Second Position in the Chess League (Shubh, Arav, Vyyom, Jivitesh), and Third Position in PathArtWays by Khushi Sharma, whose artwork powerfully reflected the festival’s theme.

Lakshit Yadav delivered a stellar performance at the ISSO Cricket Tournament, showcasing skill, grit, and winning intent.

Scoring a crucial 55 off 34 balls and claiming 3 wickets against Lancers International School, he powered his team to a memorable victory. He followed it up with another explosive 55 off just 26 balls against Pathways School, continuing his remarkable form.

Empathy in Action: Goenkans Lead Project Sakhi Shiksha (05 Nov, 2025)

Our students at GD Goenka World School continue to lead with heart. Through Sakhi Shiksha, they focused on helping young girls by sharing basic technical and hygiene knowledge and running a thoughtful donation drive.

They promoted the initiative across campus and visited the Bhagat Singh Foundation on 4 November to talk about health, hygiene, and personal safety. The team also contributed essentials, including sanitary pads, wet wipes, sanitisers, and more.

This project is a simple reminder of what empathy in action looks like, and we’re proud of our students for championing dignity and awareness.

From Ideas to Impact: GD Goenka World School Students Shine at 1 Million Founders Programme (17 Nov, 2025)

Twenty-seven students from GD Goenka World School joined the 1 Million Founders Entrepreneurship Internship Programme with Consat Orahi and Google for Education. The week focused on idea building aligned with Viksit Bharat 2047, along with prototyping, marketing tools and pitch development.

A standout achievement came from Sahibjot Singh Chandhok (Grade 10), whose project Synkai impressed the panel and earned him a ₹10,000 cheque during the pitch simulation.

Students also earned Level 1 Certification, explored industry tools, visited corporate workplaces and became part of the Orahi Founders Club.

The programme strengthens our commitment to nurturing innovation, leadership and future-ready thinkers who thrive for life.
