National Level Student Debate tournament by GD Goenka World School in association with IPN and Eduace Youth Policy Dialogue Gurugram Round
A National Level Student Debate tournament held at GD Goenka World School on July 30th – 31st, 2022 in collaboration with Indian Principals’ Network (IPN) and Eduace.
The popular event saw participation of some of the best schools in the country.To name a few, Welham Girls and Kasiga from Dehradun, GD Goenka- Vasant Kunj, Blue Bells and many more. Each Youth Policy Dialogue tournament is a celebration of ideas, with students exploring a wide variety of topics and critically examining them. Designed to be interactive and challenging, each tournament rewards top individuals with qualifications to The National Youth Policy Dialogue – the national finals held in the National Capital Region (NCR) every Christmas. The event was graced by the presence of esteemed Chief Guest— Mr. Onkareshwar Pandey, Chairperson, Observer of Media Group. Founder of Commonwealth Thought, Leader’s Forum & Former Senior Editor of Rashtriya Sahara.
All the debate topics at the event given were pre-informed and based on a suggested reading and viewing. Students explore selections spanning a variety of disciplines in their bid to challenge the best in the debating community.
