Many students have sought admission to various Classes of the School right from the Nursery to Grade XII. An Orientation Program was conducted for these students and their parents on the 4th of July, 2012. The Assembly Hall was packed with eager parents and their wards.

The Program commenced with the lighting of the auspicious lamp. The Principal, Ms. Neeta Bali, then addressed the audience. She acquainted them with the various educational programs being followed in the institution at different levels. She also highlighted the important role of co-curricular activities in students’ lives and mentioned the fact that the Goenkans had brought laurels to the School in this field. She went on to assert that a student’s progress in any field in school was not possible without the cooperative efforts of the teachers and the parents.

The Vice-Principal, Ms. Neeru Sharma, then addressed the parents and highlighted the important role discipline played in the formation of a child’s personality. The PYP Coordinator, Ms. Pretty Khosla, the Middle School Coordinator, Ms. Aruna Ahlawat, the IGCSE Coordinator, Ms. Shahnaz Banu Butt and the IBDP Coordinator, Ms. Sapna Yadav then spoke to the parents and put forth the characteristic features of the various educational programs so that parents got familiar with what their wards would be exposed to in School. It was then the turn of the teachers to introduce themselves. This was done department wise in a very organized manner. The parents were then guided to the dining hall for lunch after which they met the form tutors of their wards. It was with clarity of mind and a feeling of re-assurance that the students and their parents left the school premises.
