Yoga connects to the nature by balancing the mind-body connection. IGCSE students gave an impressive demonstration of asanas during IGCSE Yoga Assembly. The Morning Prayer at assembly also focused on ‘a life full of gladness, a body free of illnesses’

The main objective to conduct the session was to raise awareness and ignite the passion for fitness and yoga among the students. In present times, students face a level of stress, tension, feelings of uncertainty and yoga does help by creating overall harmony of body and mind enabling us to live a healthy life.
The assembly motivated the students to make Yoga an important part of their daily routine.
