Under the student body, the interact club is led by the president, Yashraj Nanda and Vice president, Ashutosh Mukherjee, and secretary Diya Saluja.

On the 1st of February, GD Goenka world school had the privilege to welcome honoured guest Dr Joanne Schilling, a Rotarian since 2000 and is a member of the Rotary Club of Darwin South. Afterwards, Dr Joanne shared her wisdom with a speech on her various interactions between rotary clubs throughout the world and their innovative projects. The most recent one being, the ‘Days For Girls’ project, a feminine hygiene program providing quality, sustainable solutions for girls who have nothing to manage for their periods. Accordingly, the Goenkan interactors were profoundly influenced by her experiences and details of various projects; the interactors had decided to take up sanitary projects with the guidance of Dr Joanne.
