Accolades won by CLS students

The curious, next-gen innovators of CLS, namely Abhinav Ahuja, Anusha Neogi, NaijaMohan,  Yashika Yadav participated in the Junior Einstein Track IEEE YESIST 12 piloted by Suchitra Academy, Hyderabad.

The Junior Einstein Track aims to create an international platform for the participants to showcase their talents, innovations and also to motivate students to develop products for societal requirements using STEM concepts that contribute to UN sustainable development goals.

Our students were the few selected from amongst more than 3000 participants from 9 countries across the world.  The GDGWS team was screened through 2 selection rounds to reach the finale which was conducted on 2days, September 18 & 19 2021, with the closing ceremony held on September 21, 2021.

The Goenkans competed with more than 3000 participants from across 9 countries, Egypt, Japan and Bangladesh to name a few.

The students presented their project called the “Green Lamp” made from the “living cells”, The Algae, thereafter they faced a volley of questions with confidence from the very learned jury.

The students from GDGWS were the youngest, in the age group of 12 to 17.

The school team was awarded a “Special mention” for their innovation.
