On 30th July 2024, our students visited TERI – The Energy and Resources Institute as part of their Collaborative Sciences project. This year’s research topic: “Exploring the Role of Group 4 Sciences in Sustainable Housing Solutions vs. Prevailing Techniques, using TERI as a Model for Sustainable Development.”
At TERI, students explored cutting-edge practices such as EAT technology for sustainable construction, specialised plants for water purification through bioremediation, and biofuels for energy production. They discovered how sustainable materials can lead to a pollution-free environment and how these practices can be incorporated into everyday life.
The students engaged actively with TERI’s experts, posing thoughtful questions and gaining in-depth knowledge. TERI’s campus embodies the sustainability principles it promotes, providing an ideal setting for learning.
Overall, it was an enlightening and productive trip, offering our students invaluable insights and inspiration!
