G.D.Goenka World School was among the four prestigious schools from the NCR to be invited by CNBC – the TV channe l- for their first ever venture to interact with schools in educating students in the use of money. Aptly titled “Responsibility and Rupiah” the format of the competition was novel and interesting. Each school was given a case study to which the students’ team had to prepare a response and present it to an eminent jury.
The GDGWS team comprising four grade 8 students – Vanshay Khurana, Surya Pahal, Teja and Shubham Jain represented the school and won the FIRST RUNNERS UP position.
