The Goenkans from GDGWS have proved it once again !Even if French is our mother tongue , we can cross all hurdles and be winners!!
Students from PYP (grade -5 ) , Middle school ( grades 6,7 and 8 ) and IGCSE participated in the 1st ever ‘French Olympiad’ conducted on a national level in collaboration with ‘The France Embassy’ and ‘ Alliance Françoise De Delhi’ . There were 68 students who participated , out of which 3 held the 1st position along with gold medals and 7 candidates secured the
second position along with the silver medals andthree secured the 3rd position with bronze medals . All the above were awarded certificates of excellence and respective medals . Harshita Jain, Vikalp Jain and Zubin Khosla secured the 1st Rank. Marta Bilohub , Akanxa Swami, Ashotosh Mukherjee , Dhwani Handa, Shreya Agarwal , Inika Mishra and Mihir Vij secured the 2nd rank while Jagriti Sharma, Aamil Zamil Khan and Palak Malik secured 3rd rank.
The rest of the students received certificates of participation which will encourage them to participate in such endeavours all the times.!
