A two hour long session was conducted by Landmark Education for staff at GDGWS on January 11, 2013. Landmark education, an international training and development company, offers innovative programmes for living an extraordinary life. The programme is grounded in a model of transformative learning rather that an informative model. Informative or additive learning increases what one knows, add to one’ skills, extends already established capacities by bringing new knowledge to an existing world view and frames of reference. The second day of PDP was dedicated to rigorous introspection about academic work, planning and preparation for the second term.
