17 Goenkan swimmers (PYP & MSP) participated in the 9th Pradeep Tokas Memorial Open Swimming Meet 2014 at the BABA GANGANATH SWIMMING POOL, KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA, SECTOR 14- GURGAON on Sunday,11th May 2014 from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The swimmers were accompanied by the school swimming coach, Vijayashree Pahal and the life guards (Naveen Tokas and Jaiveer Sharma).
There were 42 events in all in 5 age categories with a huge participation of over 300 swimmers from noted schools and swimming clubs from the Delhi NCR. Goenka swimmers displayed excellent sportsmanship and won six medals to mark their presence at the competition. Thanks to the very cooperative parent body for their help and time.
