Sun City World School, Gurugram, conducted a ‘Cambridge Secondary 1’ workshop for teachers on 18th & 19 November 2016, which was headed by Ms Mary & Mr Paul. Apart from the teachers of GD Goenka World School, the workshop was attended by teachers from the schools in NCR and other adjoining states. The teachers who attended the workshop from the school were Ms Nidhi Sharma & Ms Shilpa Yadav for Math and Ms Ruchira Pant & Ms Naina Vaish for Science.
The workshop was aimed at enhancing the skills of the teachers & equipping them to handle challenges of the newly introduced curriculum. This was done by acquainting the teachers with the approaches to teaching & learning as demonstrated by the structure and aims of the curriculum framework.
