At GD Goenka World School, our admission process is designed to ensure a comprehensive and efficient experience for prospective students and their families.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to our application process:

1. Online Application:
   1. • All admission applications are exclusively accepted through our online application portal, “Apply Now.”
      • Applications are considered complete only when all required elements are submitted, including supporting materials such as :

1. Application Fee:
   1. • Upon receipt of the complete application and documents, the school finance office will generate an invoice for the application fee.”
      • The application form and supporting documents are reviewed upon payment of the application fee.
      • Diagnostic assessments, meetings, and admission interactions will be scheduled as part of the admission process.
2. Seat Reservation:
   1. • If offered a place in the school, the seat is reserved or confirmed only upon payment of the admission fees.
      • Admissions applications are processed on a first-come-first-served basis, and seats are offered based on availability in each grade.
3. Remote Application Process:
   1. • Diagnostic assessments, meetings, and admission interactions will be scheduled as part of the admission process.
      • If visiting the school in person is not possible, you can still complete the application process online.
      • Submit the application form online and send required documents through the same platform.
      • Virtual interactions and meetings will be arranged to provide you with the opportunity to tour the school, meet staff, and ask questions.
      • Before your child’s first day, an Orientation program will be conducted to ensure a smooth transition.

Tuition and Fees

We aim to provide transparent information regarding our tuition and fees to facilitate informed decisions. Here’s an overview:

1. Application Fee:
   2. Payable upon receipt of a complete application and all supporting documents.
   3. Non-refundable amount.
   4. Invoiced after the application form is complete, and supporting documentation is uploaded.

   1. • Invoiced once the school offers admission to a family.
      • Non-refundable amount.
      • Serves to secure the child’s place in the school after being granted admission.
3. Annual Tuition Fee:
   1. • Reviewed annually with varying amounts according to category and the child’s age.
      • Different fee structures for Indian and expatriate students based on parents’ nationality.
      • Sibling discounts are available.
      • Covers major school expenses, including IB Programme fees, educational field trips, learning resources, and extracurricular activities.
      • Additional costs for specific activities may apply.
      • The school retains the right to change the fee structure.
