Students of Grade 3-5 went for an overnight trip to the magnificent city of Agra on 27th November, 2014. The fun began right from the time the students boarded the bus and carried on till the next day when the parents came to collect them. The singing and playing all the way to Agra on the bus showed students excitement and elation. The visit to the Taj Mahal- its history and beauty was sufficient to mesmerize the students and teachers alike. The stay at the Jaypee Palace was an adventure in itself- with magic show and dance party carrying on late into the night. The next day had more fun lined up for the students with the visit to the Red fort of Agra. Students were amazed to see the sheer grandiosity of the fort and the history and the Jail where a King was kept captive by his own son. For an age group that is so young, such a trip provided an opportunity to learn history and have fun with friends at the same time- an entertaining and enjoyable time.
