Aditya Rao of GDGWS qualified to swim at the Junior National Swimming championships organised by theSwimming Federation of India in Hyderabad between the 10th & 14th July 2013.He qualified as the fastest swimmer in the 100m freestyle & the 50m freestyle from the state, and rubbed shoulders with India’s best swimmers in the age category of 15-17.Most of the swimmers he swam against were almost “professional” being full time swimmers ( swimming 5-6 hours / day) while it was sheer talent & of course ,very hard work that Aditya put in that helped him qualify for participating in the championship at Hyderabad.
