International School Award activities with International dimension were completed successfully and evidence dossier has been submitted to British Council in the first week of March.
ISA Coordinator, Ms Madhu Bhargava’s written expression of experience explains well in the following lines:
ISA Coordinator ship has been indeed an incredible value addition….enriching… enchanting….catalytic and captivating….a truly international experience!
By now we have International dimension embedded within the scholastic and non-scholastic rhythm of the school. This time teachers’ community as a team did not take it as a challenge but treated it as a scaffolding element of the international school. The curriculum activities played well connected link with the lessons or international days or continuum activities with seamless perfection. We have had an exemplary exchange with UK school students which has offered a very bright prospective to school life of our students.
We were all learners in the process and proceeded hand in hand to reach to this destination of the fabulous journey. Every project opened myriad communication channels like epals, connecting class rooms, IASL list serve, wikis, blogs, and e mails. Our primary school students rejoiced making Book Marks and sharing with school pupils in Canada and Portugal. The whole school community collaborated to accomplish the projects which have left the school with echoing harmony and positivism. Student community has honed management skills and has learnt to appreciate multinational, multicultural and multilingual differences.
We have very successfully established long term partnerships in many more countries and strengthened previous ties.
