An interactive session on ‘Future of Journalism’ with renowned journalist Mr. Srinivasan Jain, Managing Editor NDTV was organized at the University Campus on 3rd November. The resource person was another journalist Mr SanjayAhirwal, from NDTV. Students had a good experience as they interacted on topics like:
- Is Media biased?
- Why is media discredited?
- Is media manipulative? Role of government and citizens in development of a country.
- What are the problems faced by journalists?
And many more….
The session lasted for one and a half hour and was mostly interactive. The students from the school were invited and the learning opportunity was availed.
