A special assembly was conducted on 13th Sept, 2017, pertaining to IGCSE Semester Examination which is scheduled to be conducted in Sept-Oct. The rationale for this assembly was to appraise the students about the policies and procedures to be followed during the IGCSE Examinations. Queries of students, regarding the examination schedule, meal timings, reporting time, early exit etc. were clarified, especially for Grade 9 students, who would be appearing for IGCSE Examinations for the first time. Most of them had queries about the various components of a single subject, which were resolved.
Special instructions pertaining to Examinations, were given to the students, by Ms. Asha Yadav , Exam In charge, with the help of a presentation. A role play was put up; by Ms. Rupali and a few students, who enacted as Invigilator and examinees, where in special emphasis was laid upon the conduct of the examinees during the examination. It was an enriching session which helped the students to understand the whole process and the things that they need to take care of during the Exams.
