Topic: What’s the most important issue the Indian Prime Minister should consider in 2016
The Humanities Department organized an inter-house competition called Ideabin- A competition based on social thinking for the pupils of Grade 9 & 10 . The topic was What’s the most important issue the Indian Prime Minister should consider in 2016?
Each house was represented by a group of 2-3 students who had created a short (5-8 minute) video documentary or power point presentation on the topic and then spoke for 2-3 minutes justifying the importance of the issue. The issues chosen by the students were homosexuality, corruption, poverty and medicare.
Sorbus house stood first, Nyssa second followed by Cedrus and Cycas who tied at the third position.
