The young athletes of GD GOENKA WORLD SCHOOL added another feather in the cap by showing passion and fervor at the Pathways Athletic Stadium and winning the OVERALL CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY in the Inter School Athletic Meet conducted by Pathways World School, Aravali on 29th October,2010.
Goenkans displayed extraordinary spirit and class by winning 47 MEDALS and 3 INDIVIDUAL CHAMPIONSHIPS as well. The ferocity of the punch the GOENKANS gave to the other ten prestigious school of Delhi and NCR can’t be explained in words. More than the victory, the manner in which it was achieved was praise worthy. On this afternoon not only our athletes raised their running graph but they also finished much stronger than any of the participating schools.
Patricia Mizatti and Aaditya Singh Shekhawat were declared the Best Athletes in the Under 10 girls age category and Trisha Miglani was declared the Best Athlete in under 14 girls age category.
