Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is about facilitating children’s better understanding and identification of emotions. Beginning SEL in early years helps children to be more thoughtful and aware about their feelings and emotions, help them build better interpersonal skills, develop empathy, increase self- control and to be resilient. Session was focused on ways of utilizing circle time to develop emotional intelligence among students through various playful SEL activities. It was an interactive session.
