Power of Mathematics workshop was held by Prof. Surya Banerjee, a Mathematics professor from the Centre for Mathematics and Computing (CEMC) at the University of Waterloo.
Prof. Banerjee offered fun and challenging mathematics workshop for math teachers and grades 11 and 12 students. His session primarily introduced students to game theory, and its application to Business and Economics. He introduced students to exciting careers related to Mathematics and Business and help them see the possibilities these fields of study can create.
