Art is indispensable for life. Art is a discovery and development of elementary principles of nature into beautiful forms suitable for human use. It resides in the quality of doing.
An ‘Inter class Art Competition’ was held for Grade 5 on May 26, 2016. The theme of the competition was “Nature.” Pupils’ art work depicted many aspects of nature that included birds, flowers, natural landscapes, green plants, mountains, waterfalls, animals, sunrise, etc. There was an overwhelming response of the pupils to participate in the competition. It was a daunting task for the judges to select the winners.
Winners of the competition are:
- First Position- Si Yun Lim 5B, Archita Malhotra 5A and Aaliyah Bhardwaj 5A
- Second Position- Aadya Verma 5A and Noor Choudhary 5A
- Third Position- Tejeshwar Singh Johar 5B and Kamilla Sharma 5A
