Grade 8 girls attended a session on the importance and role of STEM education in day to day life and were introduced to the STEM EY programme being promoted by Ernest and Young , which encourages girls aged 13-18 to participate in STEM activities, preparing them for professions of the future. The session was conducted by 11th grade student Mikul Manocha, the mentor for the programme at GDGWS, under the guidance of the teacher incharge for the programme, Ms. Kshama Sharma.
