The investiture ceremony was held on November 8, 2012. Head of School, and Principal, Mrs. Neeta Bali and the Vice principal, Mrs. Neeru Sharma, were escorted in by the outgoing prefect body. The council members ,looking solemn in their cherry Goenkan jackets, took their vows to place the school and its students’ as their first priority and always conduct themselves with utmost discipline and dignity.Soon after, the council members were administered the oath by Mrs. Neeta Bali. This was followed by the council members handing over the responsibilities to the new Student body.With a sense of pride and responsibility, the new Council members took their places on the podium. In her address, Mrs. Bali, stressed upon dignity, honour, and selfless service and leadership, reminding the prefects that it’s not so much about authority as it is about responsibility.
