To generate interests towards History and Arts, the Boarders were taken to the National Museum on Sunday, September11 . Established in 1949 and one of the largest museums in India, it holds variety of articles ranging from pre-historic era to modern works of art. The visit was facilitated by experienced personnel from the sector of Museums and Culture who succeeded to stimulate children’s thoughts by interactions and engagements with trails and workbooks created around various museum objects. A brief film introducing the Museum and its collections was also shown to the students which were screened in the Auditorium.
Undoubtedly, the visit to the museum was both educational and entertaining.
