A special assembly on ‘World Malala Day’ was presented by grade 12 On 19th July, 2021 with an objective of acquainting the student audience with the ‘International Malala Day’ celebrated every year on July 12 to salute activist, Malala Yousafzai. The whole idea was to familiarise students about Malala by acknowledging and recognising her dedication and diligence towards ‘Right To Education’ , especially prioritising female education. Through highlighting the above, 12 B endeavoured to leave students with some self- introspection for themselves, contemplating on the values, primarily, ‘perseverance’ and ‘honesty’ which are the attributes of IB Learner profile as well while making them internalise these subsequently.
