Student Council Elections not only develop responsible attitudes, improve students’ behaviour give them hands-on experience, it also creates a feeling of belonging, encourages listening to others and develops self-confidence. Importantly this improves student/teacher relationships, said Dr.Neeta Bali Director Principal.
Every student is eligible to vote and is encouraged to participate in the election process whether it be as a candidate or voter. It develops in them a stronger sense of membership and creates a sense of self-as-learner and enables them to better manage their own learning.
